The Child Care Centres Association of Victoria Inc. (CCCAV), in partnership with InfocusManagement Group, have fully revised the previous CCCAV Food Safety ProgramTemplate. The new Food Safety Program Template (Version 2.0 - April 2007) is morecomprehensive and has been updated to meet the requirements of the current food safetylegislation.
