Responsible Service of Alcohol
Next Course Date
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements have changed which may have an affect on your organisation.
“Under the new amendments, compulsory RSA training will be extended to include licensees and serving staff operating under a general, on-premises or late night licence.
Those holding a packaged liquor licence or working in a business holding such a licence are already required to undergo RSA training.
Existing licensees and serving staff operating under a general, on-premises or late night licence will have 12 months from 1st January 2011 to complete an RSA course approved by the Director of Liquor Licensing (the Director). Approved courses provide a certificate with the signature of the Director.”

Our 4 hour course is delivered onsite providing Victorian liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve or sell alcohol in licensed premises. A must for anyone working in the liquor industry, including sale of packaged liquor. Note: as mentioned in the Grapevine newsletter above it is already a condition of all packaged liquor licences that every person responsible for the management or control of a packaged liquor business must have undertaken an approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) program and then must update annually.
Infocus Management Group is registered with Liquor Licensing Victoria to deliver this course.
