Glenferrie Private Hospital
Infocus Management Group developed Glenferrie Private Hospital’s Food Safety Program, which has been tailored to the food processes conducted onsite. Each year, Infocus reviews the Food Safety Program to ensure it is up to date with current legislation and continues to reflect the individual food safety processes occurring onsite.
Greenslopes Private Hospital
Infocus Management Group conducted a review and re-development of Greenslopes Private Hospital’s existing Food Safety Program. Procedures and policies were reviewed, and a complete re-developed Food Safety Program provided to ensure Greenslopes procedures were up to date with current legislative requirements in Queensland. Each year, Infocus will review the Food Safety Program to ensure it is up to date with current legislation and continues to reflect the individual food safety processes occurring onsite.
St Vincents Hospital Launceston

Infocus Management Group is working with St. Vincents Hospital to develop a tailored Food Safety Program consistent with the legislation in Tasmania. The Food Safety Program will include customized policies and procedures, and records/logsheets for documentation. Each year, Infocus will review the Food Safety Program to ensure it is up to date with current legislation and continues to reflect the individual food safety processes occurring onsite, as well as providing food safety training for staff as required. Infocus is also working with St Lukes Hospital, which receives meals transported from St. Vincents each day.
Caulfield Hospital

Since 2005, Infocus Management Group has provided food safety risk management services for Caulfield Hospital. Each year, Infocus reviews the Food Safety Program to ensure it is up to date with current legislation and continues to reflect the individual food safety processes occurring onsite. Infocus ensured the Food Safety Program was updated during recent kitchen renovations at the Hospital, and provides support to the Food Services & Ward Support Co-ordinator for food safety related issues that may arise during the year.
Very Special Kids

Infocus Management Group has worked with Very Special Kids children's hospice since 2006, to ensure their Food Safety Program meets current legislative requirements for the service of food to vulnerable populations. These food safety management services are provided free of charge in recognition of the important services provided by Very Special Kids. Each year, Infocus reviews the Food Safety Program to ensure it is up to date with current legislation and continues to reflect the individual food safety processes occurring onsite.
