This 3 day course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of HACCP and its application in food production. Participants will gain the skills and knowledge to develop and implement HACCP based Food Safety Programs for their business. This course is suitable for those leading or participating in HACCP teams.

HLTFS310B Apply and monitor food safety requirements Food Safety Supervisor unit - Health sector only)
Prerequisite: HLTFS207B Follow basic food safety procedures or equivalent training or certificate demonstrating competence in basic food handling skills and knowledge.
