Lend Lease
 

Lend Lease and Infocus Management Group have had a lasting relationship in food safety risk management, with some facilities in Victoria having their first Food Safety Program developed ten years ago. Lend Lease shows a corporate commitment to food safety, with consistent Food Safety Programs developed across all Victorian facilities. Recently, this corporate approach has been extended interstate, with Infocus Management Group providing food safety management services to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. Infocus also assisted Lend Lease in meeting the new Vulnerable Persons Food Safety Scheme requirements in NSW. Regular refresher training is provided to Lend Lease staff, and accredited food safety courses conducted onsite as required. Currently, Infocus Management Group has developed Food Safety Programs and manages annual reviews and training for over forty facilities owned by Lend Lease.

Bupa Care Services

Infocus Management Group currently works with around forty Bupa aged care facilities across Australia including sites in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT. Infocus developed a Food Safety Policy Manual for management and Food Safety Programs for each facility. The Food Safety Programs are tailored to each site while maintaining corporate consistency in policies and procedures. Infocus also conducted management briefings and staff training to introduce the new programs. Each year, the Food Safety Programs are reviewed to ensure they meet current legislative requirements and accurately reflect the food processes occurring at each individual facility. 

 Lutheran Community Care

In 2009, Infocus Management Group developed Food Safety Programs for the Lutheran Community Group in Queensland, to meet the current legislative requirements and create a corporate and consistent approach to food safety management. After developing the Food Safety Programs, Infocus conducted Implementation Assessments at each site to verify that staff understood the Food Safety Programs and were implementing the procedures as required.

St Vincent de Paul   

Infocus Management Group has developed Food Safety Programs for all Victorian St Vincent de Paul Aged Care Facilities, to meet the legislative requirements and create a corporate and consistent approach to food safety management. Implementation Assessments are conducted to ensure that procedures are followed, and that documentation is completed correctly. Infocus also provides St Vincent de Paul with food safety training for staff as required.

Uniting Aged Care Vic & TAS  

Infocus Management Group has developed Food Safety Programs for Uniting Aged Care Facilities in the Bendigo, Geelong and Melbourne Metropolitan regions, to meet Victorian legislative requirements.  Recently, Infocus has also assisted Uniting Aged Care to implement Food Safety Programs across their Tasmanian regions Implementation Assessments are conducted to ensure that procedures are followed, and that documentation is completed correctly. Infocus also provides St Vincent de Paul with food safety training for staff as required.
