Spirit of Tasmania

Infocus Management Group has worked with TT Line since 2002 to develop and maintain Food Safety Programs for the Spirit of Tasmania ferries. TT Line also receives accredited food safety training for all their food handling staff members.  Infocus Management Group also assists with the collection of food and water samples for regular microbiological testing, scheduled as part of TT Lines’ verification procedures.

Spirit of Tasmania has two ferries that travel nightly from Melbourne and Devonport (Tasmania) and some days during peak periods. Accommodation on board ranges from Ocean View Recliners to luxurious Deluxe Cabins.
