Food Handler Flexi Pack
The Flexi Pack is our distance education option for training food handlers. It covers basic food safety practices including personal hygiene and conduct when working in a food service environment. The learner is given challenges and situations that they would typically encounter in a food service setting. The emphasis is on learning by doing – the learner takes on a food related role, and makes decisions that will help the organisation achieve its food safety obligations.
On successful completion, you will be awarded the nationally recognised units of competency for your industry sector:

Pack includes:
