Principles and Applications of HACCP Course

This 3 day HACCP course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of HACCP and its application in food production. Participants will gain the skills and knowledge to develop and implement HACCP based Food Safety Programs for their business. This course is suitable for those leading or participating in HACCP teams.

Nationally Recognised Training

Upon successful completion of the 3 day course and a workplace project, participants will be awarded the following unit of competency: 

FDFFS2001A       Implement food safety program procedures 

FDFAU4004A       Identify, evaluate and control food safety hazards

FDFTEC3001A      Participate in a HACCP team

Onsite Course:      3 days:  $990pp (GST exempt) - Minimum 10 participants

Online Course:      $360pp (GST exempt) 

Our online course is suitable as a refresher and for those with some current HACCP knowledge / experience                              .
