Infocus Management Group has the skill and capacity to assist your organisation with Community Development and Training projects. Infocus uses over 50 years of combined knowledge and practice to provide clients with services including needs assessments, community consultation, planning services, facilitation and tailored training programs to provide a desired outcome. Infocus has worked on community development projects with local councils, not for profit organisations, senior citizens clubs, aged care, child care and hospitals in varying capacities and roles.
