Local Public Health Planning

Infocus provides a range of public health planning and facilitation services to local government, peak bodies and community organisations. Specailist Public Health Advisor, Jim Smith, regularly assists Victorian local council environmental health departments with all areas of strategic public health planning. Services include facilitation of initial planning, research, data gathering and analysis, policy development, stakeholder consultation, implementation and reviews.
