Infocus Management Group Privacy Statement

Infocus Management Group P/L currently collects and holds personal details for participants and employees. Only information required to provide services to meet all users’ needs and contractual obligations to funding bodies or other legal requirements is collected. This information includes, but is not limited to, home address, gender, date of birth, nationality, employment, education and health. You do not need to give all of this information, but it is sought so that we are able to provide you with appropriate support if necessary.

Infocus Management Group P/L is committed to protecting the privacy of all those associated with our organisation. The information about each individual is kept as secure as possible and treated as confidential. We respect your right for privacy and will only release information about you with your prior written consent.

Infocus Management Group P/L strives to maintain current and accurate information, but we rely on you to tell us when your personal details change. Please contact the administration staff if you wish to view or alter your personal details. Should you have a complaint about privacy in relation to Infocus Management Group P/L, please speak to the Student Administrator and/or put your complaint in writing to The Managing Director, Infocus Management Group.
